财政部财政部调整铝出口关税，限制高消耗
长铝产品关税调整终于取得了成果。财政部今天宣布，自8月1日，税率的电解铝初步形成将是5％至0％目前的进口关税，而对非合金铝，铝杆开征15％的出口暂定关税。
这是为了限制高耗能，高污染，资源型产品出口，促进节能和鼓励进口原料。这也是从这个出发自7月1日关税调整为同一目的而在1月首次多，再次进口和部分原材料出口关税，对2800种商品进行的调整年。
